Starving yourself will only wreck your metabolism and then your body will hold onto every little morsel you feed it and you'll be bigger than you've ever been. In order to loose weight, start interval training. Incorporate one to five minute bursts of running into your walking routine. Consider buying some ankle weights and some 5-15 pound dumbbells as well. There are lots of websites or magazines or books (free at the library) to give you a good lifing routine. Building muscles will further tone you and muscle burns fat around the clock. LASTLY and most importantly, add more FIBER, CALCIUM and PROTEIN to your diet. The fiber will help all foods be metabolized and detoxified from your body, esp. fat. The calcium helps metabolize fat and the protein helps you build a strong body that is in optimal shape. Some easy ways to do this today is to begin to take BENEFIBER. It can go into anything!! Purchase Lowfat yogurt which is high in calcium. Spinach is very good. Instead of eating eggs, substitute egg whites (near the butter spreads and cheese at the grocery store) and look for foods high in these three nutrients. If you join Weight Watchers, that is a tremendous support and help. I love the website http://www.f-heit.com if only for the inches and pounds lost tracker which is very motivating. Best wishes!

Well it boils down to how dedicated you are. First things first, cut out all the foods high in sat fat. Eat meals with 8% or less. Eat a min of five small meals a day. Jog three days a week, lift some weights. You wont get bulky if you lift weights. Start there, if you are dedicated enough it will work.... Its that simple. In about a month of this excercise you should start to notice a difference. In about three months there will be a difference. Also try some energy pills when you excersise, like some thermogenics if you can find them GOOD LUCK

Try an internal cleanse. It'll clean out the toxins in your body that get coated with fat when you eat, well, practically anything that's not organic. You can lose an easy five or ten pounds by cleaning out gunk that is in your intestines. I'd also suggest a cleanse that consists of foods that are organic (recipe books can be found in your local bookstore) and kosher meats, because these types of food do not contain pesticides and steroids to make the most profit.

First of all, your weight does not sounds THAT BAD!!! Take a look around you, I am sure that you will see the majortiy of people are in worse shape thatn you are. Second, I think it is very neccesay to know what your height is so that we can know what your ideal weight should be. The best diet is always running. If you want to lose weight, you should try to start a running program where you run for as long as you can, as fast as you can... it will work, you just have to make it a habbit. Make sure that you know your idea weight and have set goals before you begin it is important that you do not over-do it. Swimming is also good, but harder to make into a habbit...

Generally women do tend to put on weight after every delivery,But you see now a days there is some thing known as HYPER and HYPO -THYROIDISM.In hyper you lose weight and in hypo you gain weight. This generally gets effected when one individual is under a lot of stress,I might be wrong ,But please do get the T3 - T4 - and TSH test done to see weather you are suffering from this syndrome of putting on weight as I have done .and was proven correct ,and I am taking the supplement of thyroxin to help me maintain the balance .Take it from me STARVING will do you no good ,YES exercise will help you a lot Wishing you all the best in getting back to normal weight / shape at the earliest.

you are in company with a whole lot of women. The key to losing weight is to eat 6 small meals. You want to boost your metabolism. Eat a breakfast, snack like an apple, lunch, snak, dinner. Don't mix protein with starch, it's harder to digest. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and protein. Eat minimum starch, because it turns to sugar and that's where the weight gain comes in. Eliminate the cakes, pies, candbars for now. It works, it just a matter of changing your eating habbits.

Don't starve yourself. This will cause your body to go into starvation mode and you will store even more fat. You need to exercise hard and sweat alot. Eat a healthy hardy breakfast and a very small lunch and dinner. No snacking in between unless it is something low in calories. So in short lots of diet and exercise. Believe me, it works. Good luck to you. You can do it!

If you're 35 and only 135 after having 3 kids, I think you're doing pretty good, so don't starve yourself, you will really mess up your body functions that way, it's not healthy, so just focus on crunches and continue doing what you are doing to maintain that weight.

First of all, DON'T starve yourself, as that will mess up your metabolism FOREVER!!! You have most likely just hit a plateau. You are not exactly a spring chicken anymore (I do not mean that you are old either). You may want to consult a nutritionist to see if there is something more that you could do. It is not as though you are overweight. Maybe it is just time to start buying a different size of jeans.
