The Bush Administration. Just coming up with lies/stupidity off the top of my head, the number is staggering. Below are lies, or stupidity, you be the judge.

Iraq has WMD. We know where the WMD are. Iraq bought nuclear bomb manufacturing material from Nigeria. We found WMD. Anyone involved in the Plame leak will be fired. War will pay for itself. We will be welcomed as liberators. War won't last more than 6 to 9 months. Our soldiers will be provided with the most up to date body armor. We do not engage in torture. Congress had the same pre-war intelligence we did. Noone anticipate the breach of the levies. Noone anticipated planes could be used as weapons. In thirteen years, social security will be paying out more than it is taking in. Before we wire tap anyone, we need a court order. Bush campaign speech: The US should not be involved in nation building. About North Korea: We've always worked with the UN. About Iraq: The UN can not interfere with our policies.

Iraq has WMD. - True
We know where the WMD are. - False. It wouldn't have them anymore if they did, and the answer to the first would be False. Iraq bought nuclear bomb manufacturing material from Nigeria. - False. Nigeria is not involved.
We found WMD. - True.
Anyone involved in the Plame leak will be fired. - No Clue
War will pay for itself. - False. NOTHING pays for itself.
We will be welcomed as liberators. - False. Tell that to the thousands of soldiers who have been killed.
War won't last more than 6 to 9 months. - False. It already has.
Our soldiers will be provided with the most up to date body armor. - False. Only special mission forces wear body armor.
We do not engage in torture. - True. Probably the only thing this country was built on that we don't abuse. (No weird punishments.)
Congress had the same pre-war intelligence we did. - False. They never tell everything.
No-one anticipate the breach of the levies. - No Clue
No-one anticipated planes could be used as weapons. - False. Anything in the world can be used as a weapon if you don't use it the way it was meant.
In thirteen years, social security will be paying out more than it is taking in. - True. This has already begun.
Before we wire tap anyone, we need a court order. - True.
Bush campaign speech: The US should not be involved in nation building.
About North Korea: We've always worked with the UN.
About Iraq: The UN can not interfere with our policies. - F, F, T. The US SHOULD be involved were they destroyed, N. Korea was aginst the UN at first, and Iraq is not a part of the UN as one of their international laws states 'No member countries may enact or partake in war against another member country'.

Is There Anything From the Bush Administration That We Believe?
It seems to me that just about everything we are being told by our government and our news media is questionable since Bush took office in 2000. Maybe the past was also covered in lies, but it seems that since this man's shadow was cast over our country (and world) every speech, every law, every action he takes is not what it was perceived to be. Also, many events taking place in the world are not really due to the explanations we are given by our government and our media. All of us have been told by this president and by Israel that the Lebanon invasion was a last minute decision on the part of Israel to rescue two soldiers "kidnapped" by Hezbolah in Lebanon. But if we pay close attention, we learn that the "kidnap" story was as much an excuse to invade Lebanon as WMDs were the excuse for Bush to invade Iraq. Many worldwide media told a different story. These two Israeli soldiers were "captured" while on a military mission deep inside Lebanon territory. We also learn that Dick Cheney had had a lengthy meeting with a couple of high-up Israeli government figures about a month before the invasion.

Wolfowitz, Rove, Cheney, and Rumsfeld are all very intelligent.
Bad for America, but good for Exxons profits.
I don't know about GWB. He seems to be very cunning one minute, the a chimpanzee the next.
