My pitching staff consists of Webb, Halloway, Mussina, Jeff.Weaver, Hoffman, Putz, T.Jones, Olsen, J.Johnson(fla), J.Saunders(LAA)
and I also have a crowded outfield with Griffey, G.Mathews jr, J.Damon, C.Lee. If. I were to get Dye i would probably consider trading Griffey & Mathews.

I have clements and i'm thinking about trading him for dye. I don't know if he'll accept because he offered me furcal for clements but i already have Jose B. Reyes.

Is it Roger Clemens or that Boston pitcher? If its Clemens, don't trade for Dye. Sure Clemens is not having a good season, but he's is the Rocket after all and his overall stats isn't that bad. I know your tempted to get Dye, but he's a streaky player. Even though he's going to get his 30 HR season, don't get the back end of the deal where he'll wear down the stretch.

ABSOLUTELY NOT...NEVER TRADE AN EVERY DAY PLAYER FOR ONE, WHO ONLY ACCUMULATES STATS MAYBE ONCE A WEEK, AND SOMETIMES ONLY TWICE A WEEK.
THAT IS, UNLESS YOU HAVE ADEQUATE HITTING AND NEED A "SHOOTER". THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY.
