Yes it is still a legal and binding marriage. The courts primary concern would be if he is of age and married in any other state to declare it not legal. HOWEVER, such thing have been used as sufficient grounds for divorce.

Personally, if he doesn't tell you something that can affect your health, it makes me wonder what else he might keep from you, especially if it's something even worse. It's a moral obligation to inform sexual partners of any diseases, and he failed both of you in his negligence. I think you should be very wary of him, because he's clearly untrustworthy. Maybe if you two were just dating, that would be one thing, but marriage? There's no excuse not to tell a marriage partner something so important, especially after all this time. What he's basically telling you is he would rather not be embarrassed than to keep you healthy. It's not grounds for his execution or anything, but you should get a divorce for his complete lack of respect for you.

Of course the marriage is LEGAL.....Actually, they should of had blood tests before they were married...if not there is a legal standpoint...Depends on the State....10 years later...I do not understand how come it took so long to find out...Was she infected?.....

The marriage is still legal. Though she was deceptive it's too late to get an annulment.

If you loved her nine and a half years ago and thought that you would be together until death do y'all part, why is it a question now.

The marriage is legal, but it's too bad your partner didn't come clean with his health history. The vows say in sickness and in health. He's jeopardizing your health as well.

Still a legal marriage, however check with your states laws. It is grounds for divorce under certain state family laws as fraud.

10 years later, nope. 10 days, you could get it annulled for fraud.
