What can I put in my search engine, or a possible web site that will take me to a (sort of like a) fish tank 'outlet'. I am needing a cheap 29-50 gallon fish tank with or without the stand. Ive spent the past 20 minutes trying to find something on the internet and I cannot find anything. I am looking for something that will take me to a store in my general area. If someone really knows a place: Im in Knox, Tennessee. Thank you.
Also, I have spent the past two days price hunting and the cheapest Ive found was a 29 gallon tank for 70 dollars. I know I can find one cheaper. Quality does mean a lot (for those who will say "you get what you pay for") I can spot a good fish tank if I find one and so far Im not satisfied with either price or quality.

Ive gone to walmart, they were more expensive than Pet Supplies Plus and Pampered Pets. Which is hard to believe because they are more expensive at everything else than Walmart is.

I always look in the flyers of pet stores and wal mart they have the occasional sale with tanks up to 60 percent off.

check craigslist.com in the general listings. I know in L.A. I see a few pop up every week. BTW, the fish hobby isnt a cheap hobby so if cheap is what you are looking for try another type of pet.

Try your local freecycle.net group (where everything is free), or your local Craigslist.org site (where everything is either free or really cheap). Craigslist would probably have the better listings, but you may have to drive a bit to get to wherever the tanks are.

Happy hunting!

Check out local thrift shops or even humane shelters - you'd be surprised at what people turn in animal wise
