In the past, Lebanon has done nothing to keep this militant organization from attacking Israel. How are they to be expected to do this now?

That's why once a treaty is established, the U.N. is sending a multinational force to help the lebonese government hold up it's end of the treaty. They'll need to investigate past crimes, and prosecute those responsible. It will be quite sometime before Lebanon will be able to stand on it's own, and everyone realizes it. Unlike Iraq, however, there will be aid from more countries than just the U.S.

Hezbollah has to agree to it. Hezbollah is probably more powerful than the Lebanese army. Hezbollah is going to have to realize that their occupation of southern Lebanon is hurting their own country and people and that they need to give something back to Lebanon, for their existence.
The only way Lebanon can occupy southern lebanon is if Hezbollah lets them.

They wont and they can't, Hezbollah is supported by to many other Arab countries and it would take all the G8 countries including the united nations to wipe them out, of course this is not going to happen now or any time soon because terrorism has become a multi-billion dollar business, and until all parties that support it quits supporting it the madness will continue.

They won't. They don't officially support them, but they support them just the same. Lebanon's people are for the most part against Israel. As a matter of fact, Israel is surrounded by countries that hate it.

lebanon is ruled by hezbulla.the lebanese goverment has a very weak army.they are been used by people such as syria and iran,like puppets on a string.from mikhal in israel.

they can't and the U.N. wont and forget about the do nothing French. Israel has to destoy the Hezbos and then the U.S. and Isreal has to destroy Iran and if it isn't done today it will still have to be done
