It's not uncommon for our periods to change, especially in the middle of the summer and the middle of the winter. Our bodies respond to changes in diet, exercise and stress. As long as you had a period on day 1, everything's fine. If day 2 slows down, that's fine too. Keep a calendar of your periods and track how the flow is every month. If this continues, then it's very possibly nutrition related. If it goes back to heavy in the next few months, then it's probably just seasonally related. It doesn't need a trip to a doctor, though.

And NO, it does NOT mean you're pregnant. Quite the contrary, it means you ovulated and an unfertilized egg passed through.

Wait a couple days and if it comes back great! Otherwise, hate to break it to you, but you could be pregnant. When I got pregnant, I thought I had my period and then it went away a day later. It is not uncommon for this to happen. Look it up on the web. Many women confuse this with a period and end up giving birth a month early. Wait a couple days and if you don't get it back, then go to your OB/GYN.

When you are young your body is still trying to figure out what it is doing, so don't fret unless it becomes a really regular thing over a couple of months.
