You are on a quest for something that has no commercial value what so ever. The 300 CID Ford truck six, is a long stroke, slow revving workhorse. You would be economically better off to unbolt the whole thing and bolt in a 302 small block. More power, lighter weight, higher revving, readily available speed equipment, etc.

WOW! Have not been asked this in a long time. They use to make manifolds for 6-71 superchargers. You could always use a turbo system that would have to be custom made exhaust header/pipes. That would be the easiest to find/fabricate. Use a throttle body injection system with computer control since it would not be easy to get/fabricate a multiport fuelie system unless you took one off a car like a BMW 325I with a straight 6. Lots of mods and electronics to be hacked to do that.

You could go with a belt driven Paxton-type supercharger with only having to fab the input to the carb or TBI. Of course you know you are going to have vacuum problems and issues with setup and keeping vacuum.

your best bet is to go with a custom turbo kit. take it to a local speed shop and have them make you a kit. i would advise just replacing the 6cyl with a 351 windsor. there are many at the local junkyards to swap in.
