the winning conditions are explained in the rules.
I believe it's either when 1 player gets a specific amount of moeny, or when one of the players goes bankrupt. (1st of those 2 conditions to arrise, if I remeber correctly)

it ends when someone runs out of money.. and properties..because if u run out of money then u can mortgage ur properties for money..so u have to run out of money and properties,, then the other person wins.
