Yes, it happens all the time. Give yourself a chance for the anger to fade, do what you can, and try not to stress over the rest. You can only play the cards you were dealt - but play what you have! And if you're not happy with your cards, explore - you might find something you didn't know you had.

Yes, and it's frustrating when you want to chnage something that you can't directly change, like when birds poop all over your car. Some things you will never have control over.
