look for custom leagues and live drafts.
the best competition comes in 12-team leagues; even better if they have deeper rosters. The standard yahoo 10-team is ok, but they only carry 15 players each, and it's way too easy to pick up players.
deeper drafts challenge the owners.
anything less than 10 teams is a joke.

Yahoo is definately the best Fantasy Football league to join. It's free, and you can create your own league and invite friends to play.

i've done yahoo espn and nfl.com and i'd say its the best and its the least confusing when joining a league and ranking players and trades
