Above is correct, as far as it goes.

I went thru it in a VERY LARGE company (on the DOW 30). Everyone was sensitive to everyone else, except to "Born Again" Christians who walked out during the session on gays.

I was the only one who had the ____s to stand up for them, and I'm Jewish.

BTW: I sent a memo to the VP of Human Resources asking the company to institute benefits for domestic partners, so don't call me a gay-basher.

It is what a company offers to make certain its employees are being nice and respectful to eachother and their clients. Can be useful in industries where you get a lot of people from different cultures/countries/backrounds working together.

Is supposed to make people more sensitive to eachother so that no one gives offense to anyone else.
