You have Pantophobia. is a rare medical condition in which the sufferer literally fears everything. Alternatively, it may manifest as what is known as a "non-specific fear"; the sufferer finds themself in a state of fear but with no known target, and therefore no easy remedy. It has been described as "a vague and persistent [dread] of some unknown evil" [1]. It is officially recognised by the National Institute of Health's Office of Rare Disease.

Its called anxiety. There are many books and programs that you can get to make it better. Pills wont fix the problem, it will only numb it.
Good luck.

because you feel that you don't have control of whatever makes you affraid. For example; if you are affraid of heights is because we can't fly and we are affraid of falling off. So try to get your mind to things that you can control.

It sounds like you experienced something bad in your past to be this way. You should talk to a therapist. They do wonders!
