Sun conjunct Saturn natally may mean that he is an extremely hard worker and will achieve success in life. It's a good aspect for earning money through disciplined, hard work. He should be a serious and dutiful person.
He will be born "old" so he should remember to take the time to play and have a lots of fun too. Life doesn't always have to be so serious. He should be encouraged to express his emotions as much as possible and not to bottle them up.
As he ages, and especially after the Saturn Return at 28 to 30 years of age, he will be better equipped through life experiences to handle this aspect. People with prominent Saturn aspects in their charts seem to act younger as they age because they have learned not to be so serious all the time.
