either:
1. Have your employer issue you H1-B VISA, ... several years later apply for Green Card, and then apply for the citizenship.
2. Get married --- to an american citizen, this is the fastest way, but you still gotta wait for 3-5 years though.
3. Through reletives ... the longest wait
