Check out the US Department of Homeland Security and the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Here's an excerpt from the USCIS website:

"The general requirements for administrative naturalization include:

* a period of continuous residence and physical presence in the United States;
*residence in a particular USCIS District prior to filing;
*an ability to read, write, and speak English;
*a knowledge and understanding of U.S. history and government;
*good moral character;
*attachment to the principles of the U.S. Constitution; and,
*favorable disposition toward the United States. "

either:
1. Have your employer issue you H1-B VISA, ... several years later apply for Green Card, and then apply for the citizenship.
2. Get married --- to an american citizen, this is the fastest way, but you still gotta wait for 3-5 years though.

well just dont do anything dumb if you have a fellon then you cant, even if your fellon was in a different country.
