If it is a general message mark all the persons as "TO", if you want to send everybody a mail which will be exclusive to them then you have to write a mail to each person. You can do copy-paste.

Logically there can be another option like using template but I do not know whether you can use templates in E-Mail.

I have found more information on how email works and how to troubleshoot email related problems at http://tinyurl.com/nnv9f

If you mean that you want to send the exact same email to several people, just put all their addresses into the "to" field, separated by semicolons.

If you mean you want one to say "Dear Mr Smith" and the next "Dear Mr Jones" (or some other change in the body of the message) you will have to send each separately.

you could do a mail merge, and then set it to sent via outlook express or other such program but i think office outlook would be better for this i would advise reading the help section on outlook for mail merge names.
