Any sign can be with any other sign. It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.

Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.

The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.

My best friend's mother is a scorpio and her father is a pisces. They have been together for 38 years (married for 27 out of those 38 years). They have 9 kids altogether and a beautiful relationship. Their relationship is so inspiring, they are best friends. I'm sure they have had a few of their own struggles, but it was nothing serious and they are in love. I think that it can be an excellent match. You do have to think about other factors too though because astrology isn't everything and sometimes, because of different circumstances, things could happen like with Ciara and Bow Wow (she's a scorpio and he's a pisces) they were very happy together, but they have now broken up, so it depends, but astrologically an excellent match. The Scorpio will dominate the relationship, and the Pisces will feel held down. Pisces are more "free-spirited" and go from one thing to another. Scorpios aren't as light-hearted and will be annoyed with the Pisces.
