I can't sleep right now I work all night last night need to be in bed but for some reason I can not sleep today.
I have tried eating drinking tea, just about everything except ******* off which I prefure not do.
Any ideas would be helpful

Try getting out of bed and doing something. Read, watch a show, fold laundry. then in a 1/2 hour...try laying back down. If you get out of bed while you can't sleep, you will sleep better when you can sleep.

I have Insomnia so I can't really do much, because I may become dependant on medicine so I turn on the TV and hope I fall asleep or get on the internet... listen to music to make my mind stop thinking about whatever I am thinking about and focus on the music or whatever...
My grandmother takes Melatonin (I think that is the name of it)... she says she just buys it at the store. You don't need it from the pharmacy or anything...

I listen to music until I fall asleep or do something that I need to do. Keep my mind occupied on something else. Most of the times that I can't sleep is because something's bothering me.

Try reading- it always makes me drowsy. Or maybe u can try emptying out every thought in ur head. I oftentimes have trouble sleeping because I constantly think of random ideas. U'll eventually fall asleep. Listening 2 music also works well.

i cant ever sleep so i either watch tv or think about the guy i like both those things help me get to sleep

If I can't sleep...I write in my novel or diary, and when I have finished...then I am able to fall asleep. I think it is being able to get the ideas from my mind on to paper that helps.

Go outside if it's clear and look at the stars...if not the usual TV or a book...TV usually works as I seem to wake up on the sofa before i even make it back to bed..
