why are they annoying you?
Specifics would help us answer this question.
If it is merely due to the colour of their skin then yes it is very very wrong to try and get them to move.

You really you do not have any right to get them to move, my goodness they may have lived in a regime that was brutal and thought they were in heaven by being housed where they now live. Give them a break.
However, if things do not improve you must try and break these barriers down. Take the friendly approach first and speak to them about your grievances, tell them how you feel and can they respect your own privacy. You do not say why they are p.ss.ng you off. Perhaps they're not used to living or behaving the way you do. Or it just maybe your are having the same effect on them.
There is always a solution.
EDIT: David W; Is it any wonder that people dislike the English when the people with your attitude make derogatory remarks. Not a true reflection of the English people by the way. Sorry I apologise for his outburst. I think that the English are the most tolerant nation on the planet.

It depends - is your only reason for being pissed off with them because they're African? If so, that'd make you a racist and if it was my choice I wouldn't want YOU as a neighbour.
If they are doing something that legitimately constitutes a problem ie excessive noise, vandalism, rioting in the streets etc etc, then you have a fair point and should look for help in dealing with the problem. But either way, it isn't your choice where they should live - how exactly are you going to try to get them to move?

You never said WHY there pissing you off. You seem to be more focused on the fact that there African American. Dam do people think before they type. It does'nt matter what race your neighbors are, the reason you dislike them is officially another reason. Moving because you dislike anyone is foolsih if you ask me, you go into your house and thats all. If someone is destroying ur property or being extremely loud ect. Then take appropiate measures. Otherwise get over yourself.

You do not say why they are - as you say P***ing You Off.
If it is because they have a different outlook on life, or because they do not live the way you expect them to. Then you are wrong.
If, on the other hand, they are rude or noisy, have a quiet word with your neighbours. If they are of the same agreement, then the local council may be the answer.
BUT!
Make sure you are not the one that has a sore point against them because they are African.

If they bother you just because they're African, then yes it is wrong and you should be the one to pack up and move. If they piss you off because of illegal activity, noise violations, or other really bad neighborism, it wouldn't be wrong. Why do you feel the need to mention that they're African?

Of course it's wrong. The very fact that you felt you had to put into the question the fact that they're African, means that their race is an issue to you. You need to try to be more tolerant of people from other cultures and stop being so racist.

ey bud, lookes like you`ve pissed off the natives. (sorry!) bet if you had put , my neighbours are all women, or my neighbours are paedophiles then you would have got it in the neck then as well. because low and behold the P.C brigade are at it again. we cant upset anyone now can we! i say bugger the lot of um and if you neighbours are pissing you off and ruining your quality of life whether they are black, white, pink, or aliens get them out.I'm sick of other people ruining the quality of life. have a neighbour who tries to make my life hell. if we say anything we are told its a shame she has mental issues. we cant be seen to be telling her off because it wouldn't be P .C. well f**k it that's what i say. think I'm going to burn the witch, reckon you should do the same.

Well, why are you mad at them? If it's just because they're African, then yes, that's wrong. Discrimination and prejudice are never right.
If you're mad at them because they blast their stereo late at night, let their dog crap in your yard, or do other non-neighborly things, then it's ok I guess. You ought to try talking to them nicely first. Invite them over for a cup of coffee and a chat, and just drop a polite hint to them that you'd appreciate them picking up after their dearest Fido.

If it's anti social behaviour then try to get it resolved by talking first. If you there is no improvement after talking, then go and speak to your council. But it is not for your to say you should you try to get them to move.
Yes it just maybe they're practising voodoo because you are pissing them off. And they are trying to get you to move. What's sauce the goose is sauce for the gander.

If you are unhappy where you live, you move. What don't you like about them? Why don't you talk to them about whatever it is that pisses u off, like their being noisy? If its because they're African, then you need to consider moving because you can't talk to them about that!
