Our prison ministry is a 501(c)(3) ministry. Can my wife and I be ordained under our ministry?

501(c)(3) is a federal tax status for charitable organizations, that can be religious or educational (or a few other sub-categories). It has nothing to do with whether the ministry has filed the necessary state and federal paperwork to be acknowledged as a church (for legal purposes).
