Don't use anything abrasive. Take a Q-tip and dab a little facial cleanser on it and let it sit for a minute. Wipe gently with a kleenex. Then you will probably have to clean the screen with window cleaner (do not spray it on or it may run) - moisten a good paper towel, gently wipe, then gently dry. Give your 2-yr old a hug. Someday you will laugh about this.

Most inks and dyes are alcohol soluble, use rubbing alcohol (baby wipes do contain a good bit of alcohol as well).

take a cloth and lightly dampen it with charcoal fluid ( Yea the kind to light grills ) then rub gently. It works, just do not be smoking when you do it :-)

good luck with that. send it to a pro to either fill up the gap or replace the screen itself.(that is if its scratched deep). if its just marked..... how did that happen?

alcohol or hair spray. I know it sounds funny, but hair spray will break down the ink if it's a ballpoint.
