All I can remember is that I believe the pilots are knocked out and when they finally wake up they're about to run into a mountain, they try and pull the plane up but they only have a few seconds and they crash. I remember this because it actually shows them from the cockpit point of view hurtling towards the mountains.

I don't think it was any of those 3 movies, I believe it was a big budget action movie.

I vaguely remember seeing a not-too-great movie on the Sci Fi Channel about an alien device (called a "torus") that emitted energy waves that caused people to get knocked out and/or engines to fail or something to that effect, and I kinda-sorta recall a plane crash scene like what you described.
There were two movies in that series (that I know of): The first one was entitled, "Epoch."

"Alive" was the movie where they ran into the side of mountain and then they were there so long they began to eat each other!!
