I've been taking Vitamin E and Vitamin B12 for almost 2 weeks now, and I'm constipated. Could it be the vitamins?

Most vitamins use artificial colors, sweeteners, preservatives, and low quality ingredients to keep the costs down. Must be very careful in selecting a good vitamin - even when choosing a "natural" one. It is legal to call a product natural when in fact it can be as little as 15% natural. Because of this, it can cause such side effects as constipation.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and you should never take vitamins unless you know for a fact that you are deficient in these. A lot of vitamins must be taken with others to boost their power and lessen any side effects. Yes it is possible this is the cause. Why are you taking them, If you want advice you are welcome to contact me.
