What is up w/ Chappelle show he is in all the skits why is he not hoasting it?

he didn't go nuts. he just didn't want to release the latest one because he decided the skits weren't up to par with his previous episodes. and so charlie murphy had to host it because chapelle didn't want to. i understand why too. its not as great as the other episodes.

He IS hosting the show. The many characters he is gifted in acting is just an added bonus for the viewer. He brings laughter to a world that is constantly crying in pain and despair - which is better than being rich because the rich have more problems than the poor. Have you viewed the daytime Soaps lately?
