I quit cold turkey on October 21, 1988 at 2:30 in the afternoon, and haven't one nor have I desired on since. It's one of the best things I've ever done.

Sorry, I don't smoke but I wish everyone luck that is trying to quit. I know quitting can be hard.

I do not smoke. It makes me ill and my kids can't tolerate the second hand smoke. No child should have to be around it anyway. And I have never smoked anything other than cigarettes.

No, i don't smoke. i was occasional smoker never got addicted to it. but i see some of my smoker friend find it difficult to quit it. if you want to quit it then make your will power Strong and just leave it. good luck.

i dont smoke because smoking can make ur lips black and i dont want that happen to me.........so quit smoking dear.....good luck
