my medicine is chewable tablets
it says to take 2 and with each dose drink a glass of water
does that mean i take the medicine and then drink a glass of water?
if not what does it mean?
(the medicine is for cramps)

Take 2 then drink a glass of water and then you take your next dose perferably 4- 6 hours later take 2 then drink a glass of water.Every time you take 2 pills drink a glass of water.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. You chew the tablets then drink the water.

Yes you have to drink a glass of water every time.
I don't know why,but that's what they want us to do.
