If I understand your question right:
b -Block.

1b = 1kg + ½ b
1b - ½ b = 1Kg
½ b = Kg

3b = 3÷½ b = 6Kg.

one block weighs 1kg and a half block:
so :
x = 1 +(1/2)x
so (1/2)x = 1
x= 2
so the weight of one block is 2kgs
so the weight of 3 blocks is 2*3 = 6 kgs
