Emmanuelle was nicely filmed but most porn is poor. The Story of O had the potential to be good but the original book was not faithfully scriptwritten

I am a huge Doctor Who fan and as such the porn spoof Doctor Loo and the Filthy Phaleks wins my vote.

Flesh Gordon (the uncut version was considered a porno when it came out). It has good sex scenes, high production values and is (intentionally!) HILARIOUS.
If not that, ANYTHING involving women in prison or being captured as spies, because bad girls ROCK!
