Sometimes when you get cramps especially that early in pregancy it usually means that your body is transforming itself into pregnacy. Most doctors will tell you that it is pretty normal to have alittle cramping in the beginning because it is so use to ovilating every month. Basically I had the same problem in both of my pregnacys and the doctor told me as long as I am not spotting just take it easy and put my feet us and drink plunty of water. If the cramping pursists then go in and be checked. But first I would try just putting your feet up and relaxing and drink plunty of water.

as long as it is not accompanied by bleeding you should be ok, abdominal pain and bleeding can be early signs of a miscarriage, check with your doctor to be on the safe side.

It might be your body adjusting to the pregnancy, but you should check with your doctor just in case.

Any time you have a concern, you should bring it up with your OB/GYN doc. It's probably nothing, but it's worth asking them about.

It could be what's called "implantation cramping". I wouldn't worry about it unless you see some bleeding. If you do, please call your doctor right away.
