probably not. gravity is at a set motion of 9.73 squared meters per second. the tsunami in indonesia supposedly threw the earth off it's axis but that is questionable. if all fat people jumped and threw the earth off, then wouldn't every earthquake in california do the same. i honestly don't think that it would make that big of a difference on the gravitational pull. but that is just from a scientific perspective.

Yes, but only in theory. Everyone jumping on one side of the planet is like all of the dust on a baseball moving to one side during a throw.
