In most states (I think all states) 17 year olds can decide which parent they want to live with. Can they do it without a court hearing? Maybe not, but you still shouldn't need to hire a lawyer.

It depends on where you live, but the age of consent in most places is 12-14. Which means she can live wherever she wants, including the street.

if both parents are ok with it then just have a paper signed up saying she lives with u .

she can live no problemm... jus let her go... then contact lawyer,, and make an aggrement lawful..
