I am looking for someone who can do an excellent portrait of Bob Marley without charging me an arm and a leg. I want the tattoo to be about 5-6 inches on the front of my thigh.

Go to the South Carolina Web Page or if you know the surrounding areas that your going to, look up that on Search, then look up Tattoo Parlors... Really easy... Good Luck. PS: Once you found one ask them about putting Bob Marley on your Front of your thigh... If they are really good, they wont charge you a arm and leg, only the ones that dont know Tattoos will charge a arm, leg, foot and probably head too... (heheheh)... Linda H.

as far as I know tattoo parlors are outlawed in SC....
