Women are stereotyped to look beautiful, meaning hairless, slender, flawless. It's a ridiculous ideal. Personally, I like shaving because the hair annoys me! ^^

I don't know, good question. Probably some guy that thought they smelled and told their woman to shave, back when guys were "supposedly" supperior. What they didn't think of is that they smell worse.
