Try Kinkos. You could also check at local colleges, if they have a graduate program quite often they publish papers in a book format.

Use lulu.com. Very professional looking; you get complete control over everything, and you only pay per copy, according to the number of pages. For example, a 90 pg book is about 6.50. I've published about ten books with them, and my friends do it, too!
If you want to check out my lulu page, it's at http://www.lulu.com/sharpNpencil

It depends on what you want the book to look like and how much you want to do yourself. If you want to do all of the design and layout yourself, Lulu.com is probably your best option.
If you want a cover designed for you, and want a professional interior layout, you might want to try one of the subsidy publishers, such as iUniverse.com or AuthorHouse.com. It will cost you a few hundred dollars, but that's a good price for the inclusion of the layout and design services.

That's not publication, that's book binding. Do it yourself.
Check this out.

Or just take the pages to a copy service store, and they will bind it simply for you.
