Rap sucks

Here's why:
AHEM

1.No talent is required....first of all, the lyrics usually never make sense...and the music is all studio-created...

2.The lyrics- big booties, pimps, and nice cars. It's getting way too predictable. At least rappers like the late Tupac had some songs that were worthwhile in meaning....What's the message being portrayed? Rock's lyrics are original and really could be about anything.

3.No originality- EVERY RAPPER SOUNDS THE SAME. The studio-created beats sound the same, the rapping sounds the same, they even look the same.

If I HAD to pick a rap band, it would be Jurassic 5, because they actually have talent and have something worthwhile to say.

I "strongly dislike" rap. There is no sense to it, almost all the rap songs you cant even hear anything that they are saying because they are saying it to fast or they are not speaking english..lol. It is not music at ALL. I really really dont like and I dont know how people could like if they listen to it? ♥

I believe that Rap music should be enjoyed by people who respect the whole vocal verborrhea thing. I think most people are ashamed to admit that Rap generally sucks because they think it might offend African Americans. I despise Rap, but not any race in particular. I just think it has unnatural beats and the "lyrics" are not enjoyable at all.

I'm not a fan of rap but just because i don't like it doesn't mean it isn't real music. Music is what it means to the listener. I'm more of a metal fan but people that like rap may say metal isn't real music...everyone has an opinion.

I can't say that it's not real music because country is still out there, but I strongly dislike it.

its jsut as much music as rock is, why do you have to hate on it so much, its not doin anything to you, why dont you just stay over there with the rest of your punk rock buddies and leave rap alone,

i dont see why people who listen to rock hate rap so much, i've barely heard any rap listeners hatin on rock and all i hear from punk rockers is how much they hate rap like they got nuthin better to do, when rap is the closest thing that african americans have to their native roots, so continuously spewin your hate of rap is technically a form of racism so why dont you add to your question, does anyone else here hate black people? cause thats what you're sayin
