how long ago did you meet this girl? do you know anyone else in that area? If so, then i'd go ahead and meet her. if you don't know anyone else in that area, i would perhaps bring along a friend, just in case things don't go the way you planned.

If you really want to met her then go ahead, but if you want to meet her and it's too soon ask her to wait until you have "money" she should understand. This may be pretty scary but you shouldn't go alone all the way to Texas. Get to meet her more on myspace or even call her if you have time you can buy the phone cards so the bill will not come up to high.

Find out as much as you can about her. Get to the truth here. On the internet we can only find out how people think and that is great and all. However, in real, people can be different. There is a level of trust here and it should be examined very carefully. Use your gut instinct. Most will say no. IN fact, if your into travelling and all, you will find out exactly what that is like and all in your own way. It can be exciting and scary at the same time, not knowing.

I met my boyfriend online, he came to see me the first time, I went to see him twice and now I am living here in Texas with him. We're doing great together... I'd recommend it but be careful of course. Don't rely on her for anything down there and you won't get stuck. If it doesn't go well with her, you can put a new place you've visited on your list.

If you really like her an can afford to, why not? Just be careful that you have enough money to stay in a hotel and get back home and what not in case she turns out to be not as expected. Texas is a awesome state.

Where are you? Why not find someone in your area? There are millions of people on myspace. I wouldnt travel very far to meet someone from online especially myspace. Lots of fake as* people on there.
