I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse-miscarriages usually only last for about 2 days if you have had one then the placenta wall has become an open sore and is bleeding. If not then you have a problem I think you should see a doctor or you will become anaemic.

Heavy bleeding and clotting(clumps)are a norm for some women, during their periods. YOU have been doing this for THREE weeks. Get to a dr. or an emergency room NOW! Even if it is a miscarriage, you need medical attention.

Speak to a doctor, midwife, or nurse right away, is my best advice.
