I love Austin himself.
I loved it when in "Goldmember" when the swinging ball hits him in the crotch and he yells "No way".
F.B. when he says "I don't remember eating any corn!". Very angry.

Definitely Fat Bastard! Way too many funny lines. After he loses weight and says his neck looks like a vagina, after his sentimental speeches he farts, when seeing mini me and says "I've had bigger chunks of corn in my crap", oh and in Goldmember when he's in his sumo gear and says "this diaper's making my nuts rub together, it's going to start a fire". Too funny.
