Conan!! Odd and strangely cute...he's taking over for Leno in a couple of years. I love him!

I love Jay and Conan but I have to say Jimmy. Why? Because he films his show on the same day, with only a few hours in delay, so he can talk about the most recent stuff happening. He can talk about the shows that were on right before his. I like his current events chat.
Also, he is very funny when interviewing guests and I like Guillermo.
