If the ladder has 13 steps, and a black cat crossed my path carrying a horseshoe, I broke a mirror, and spilled some salt, stepped on a sidewalk crack, drove over a cattle guard without honking, and heard a whipporwill call, then yes I would feel very lucky.
If it was just finding the clover under the ladder, then no, I would be so scared, I'd probably die of a heart attack.

Unlucky, since in order for me to be under the ladder, I would have just fallen off the damn thing. And as I am allergic to clover, I would assume that not only would I be sore and bruised, but I would also now be covered with a rash. I probably fell after sneezing from the cat dander from that silly black cat that I climbed the latter to rescue to begin with...he jumped up there after stealing my rabbits foot key chain. And I most likely when I fell, I broke the cute little mirror in my purse on top of everything else. Good thing I have brains... if I depended on luck, I would be screwed.

Well, if you believe in superstition, then you would be neither lucky or unlucky. They would cancel each other out - kind of like yin/yang. Everything has to have a balance so the lucky (clover) would balance out the unlucky (ladder). Good question.

Move the ladder then get the clover to avoid any bad luck from going uner the ladder
IMO - the clover is more rare so it would bring more luck then the bad from the ladder and teh only reason walking under ladders is bad luck is because people use to drop stuf and the one walking would get hurt.

Lucky... the clover negates the bad luck from the ladder. But would that make it a one time deal or will you only have good luck under ladders from that point on?

well, i dont really believe in luck, but i CAN say that if while trying to pick the 4 leaf clover, i fell off the ladder and broke both my legs, i would feel unlucky. if while picking it i unearthed a pile of buried treasure, i suppose that would make me feel a bit lucky.

Well, that would depend on whether or not you were walking under the ladder when you found it, or if you saw it and reached your hand under the ladder to grab it. If you're walking under it when you find it, the luck negates the bad luck, so you're neither. But if you see it and reach through, you're not walking under a ladder, so you're lucky.

Unlucky.
I did see a four leaf clover, under a ladder...but a black cat had it in its mouth. I reached for it, breaking the mirror that was reflecting the cat with the four leaf clover in his mouth under the ladder.
I needed 13 stitches
