Everytime I look at a clock its one minute before an exact time.
Like I look at the clock and it's 11:59, 6:59, and so on. When I wake up and stuff it's like that most of the time.
So what is the explaination of this?

Hi. I think you have a pretty stable biological clock. If the time of your alarm, say, is 7:00 your mind seems to anticipate the bell and wake you. Same with meals, classes, appointments, etc. You probably notice the :59 much more that any other time. Nothing to be spooked about.

Perhaps the clocks have stopped if you see this "every time" without exception. The other plausible explanation is synchronicity. Of all the millions of people who look at clocks, you alone have observed xx:59 quite often and it catches your eye. If it is truly random, observations should return to normal very soon. There is one more thing; some clocks (grandfather, etc.) make a sound just before striking the hour. If that sound draws your attention (even subconsciously) you will see the clock at xx:59 every time.

Numerology. If the 59 is most prominent then the root number would be 5 (5+9=14, 1+4=5). Look up the meaning.

If it is a digital clock, maybe the last two LCD is not working. If it is an analog clock, maybe the minute hand is not moving.
