You mean those "mystery envelopes"? Where you pay like 2$ and the seller promises that each is a winner?
It's a fraud; I tried it.
that person gives you like 25cents back for an envelop...Point is it's a fraud.

I have sold mystery boxes off ebay. Its a mystery, but I give good clues to whats in them, if the bid goes up, i put more stuff in them.
