I have small red pimples on my chest and back. They don't have a white head like zits. What can I use to get rid of them?.

Try neutrogena body wash. If you use conditioner, try not to get it on your body. It clogs pores. Then try a pimple zapper that you would use on your face to try the suckers out. If that doesn't work, go to the dermatologist. He will def give you something to get rid of them.

Could be heat bumps, if it is they will go away in a day if you stay out of sun
if not,its acne....to get rid of the little bitty bumps, first exfoliate area with a scrub made for acne, like Aveeno Positively clear facial scrub. Then apply a acne-reducing astringent like Aveeno Positively Clear Astringent (I like Aveeno because it has soy in it, which reduces redness). Finally spot treat, as needed, with a cream or gel that contains salicylic acid (2%)

Well first make sure that they are actually pimples. If they are then i have a way to make the redness go away. Now i know it may sound crazy but try using white toothpaste. If you don't want to use toothpaste then try eyedrops like Visine. Those should work to make the redness go away.

Hope I helped! ;-)

You may be having an allergy. Or you could exfoliate gently by adding baking soda to your body wash, then if they are pimples you could try a product with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Treat your skin gently with fragrance free products and you'll see less reactions on your skin.

That sounds like a heat rash? I always had that when i was a kid. Wash well with a mild soap and try putting cornstarch on them. That's what I always did and it took them away. At least until the next time it happened!

those aren't pimples at all. there actually a kindof rash. i think its probably a heat rash, because i used to get those when i wore t-shirts in tanktop weather. try appling a medicated lotion called cortizone to them (i dont no if i spelled that right) and they should eventually go away. also try dressing more appropriately for the weather to keep cool. (or stay inside more if you aren't)

if you go to your doctor, you can get a precription for a topical acne gel, or creme, that has benzoyl peroxide, and it should clear up right away.
