Your local County Clerk & Recorder's office will have the form you need to file to get a replacement title--they can usually get one replaced in 7-14 days!

Probably your local DMV. In most states they're the ones who issue vehicle, and boat titles and registration.

I don't know what state your in but here in Virginia.If the boat was in your name.You just pay the $5. fee and they'll print you out another title.

dmv or tag office should get you taken care of- will need numbers off boat and motor

If it requires registration you'll have to go to DMV.. They treat them just like cars... Registration and titles are handled there..
