I can make it turn all I want but it will never catch; I always have to kick it maybe 3 times to make it catch and start. It runs just fine.

It's a 49cc "Quingi". Yeah I know...
It has a new spark plug, battery is fine.
What needs to be done? New starter? New engine? New bike!?
I have a new bike besides that one (Vento 150cc); I just want to know how to keep this one up and running well.

1) You can check your choke. If the air/fuel mix is off it can be harder to start.
2) Clean your carburetor. A lot of times a cheap gas additive will clear out any deposits and make it start easier. If it's really funky, you might have to open it up to clean it. You can help prevent build up in the carb by adding gas stabilizer anytime the fuel will be sitting for more than a couple weeks.

I don't know any thing about that brand, but like "Christiano" said something isn't catching. All bikes with starter motors have a "starter clutch" and they all go bad at some time. Take it apart and have a look.

sounds like you drive gear from the starter isnt catching the flywheel on the engine. pull the starter out and check all the gears involved
