A bill requiring cell phone users to use headsets or other handsfree devices while driving was approved by the state Assembly Thursday.

It SHOULD be illegal everywhere!!!! I have had more idiots pull out in front of me, cut me off, or just plain drive down the middle of the highway because they are talking on a cell phone. NOTHING can be that important.
