That depends on how your fence is designed.
How many stringers, how many pickets, how high the pickets, space between pickets, how many posts and some other things I can't remember.
Just plot out the fence on a piece of paper and do some figuring. Usually fences are 3, 4 or 6" high so you could get multiple pickets out of one board. If you want less pickets, put more space between them. Usually there are 8' between posts but you may need less depending on your length to fence. The taller the fence, the more stringers you need to give it stability.
Good luck. Don't forget you need to get cement for the posts and screws to hold it all together.

Are you really talking a forty foot high, by 120 foot long fence. Depending the type if fence you're thinking about it will be an enormous amount of wood.

Make sure you talk to a Home Depot lumber rep and determine the type of wood or vinyl/sawdust product best fits your weather and usage needs. They will have kits and project the amount of wood product you will need along with post hole rentals, cement, post caps, door hinges and locks, etc.
