It probably would be Kenny Dalgish. He won several at Celtic before crossing over to Liverpool, where he won 3 European Cups, 7 (maybe more) titles (as a player and manager), League Cups and FA Cups.
He is also the only manager besides Clough and Chapman, to have won the title at 2 different clubs.(Liverpool and Blackburn)

I dont know of retired footballers but for the active ones now in the English Premier League, It is KANU NWANKWO.
He has won several Nigerian, Dutch, English Titles, Italian, Dutch & English Cups, European Champions League, UEFA Cup, FIFA U-17 World Cup, Olympic Gold Medal, Several African Nation Cup Medals.
Twice African player of the year and 6th Best World Footballer of the Year 1996.
Its really Ironic !
