Sending big files like a movie?

i want to send my friend a movie and it's about 700mb............how would i send it?

break the movie into 6+ parts using the WinRar
and then upoad it to www.rapidshare.de
After uploading you will get the links to your files.
E-mail the links to your friend.

Just write in a cd and courier it to him...

There is no way to send a such a big file in internet....
