Well your first clue would be a missed period. If you missed one you might want to get a home pregnancy test from your local drug store and see what it say. If it says positive or + you may want to see a doctor and soon!

I had absolutely NO symptoms when I first got pregnant. I didn't think I was pregnant until finally a girl at work convinced me to take a test because I was going on 45 days with no period. So, by the time I found out I was pregnant I was 8 weeks along already. My symptoms started showing up at 12 weeks, which is the second trimester.

once you've missed your period, and you've taken a pregnancy test, and then gone to the doctor to confirm it. If he says so then you are pregnant.
